The Minister for Defence has made a determination under section 14 of the
Weapons of Mass Destruction (Prevention of Proliferation) Act 1995 (WMD
Act) to prohibit an export of certain industrial items to an entity in Iran on the
basis that the items might be diverted for use in a WMD program.
