Alleged cocaine syndicate dismantled

An 18 month joint investigation has resulted in six men being arrested yesterday morning
for allegedly being involved in the importation of cocaine into Australia.

AFP Acting National Manager Aviation Commander Steve Grant and Customs and
Border Protection National Director Intelligence and Targeting Jeff Buckpitt will make a
statement to the media at 11.45am today.
