The veterans all served with Light Horse units and then saw active service during World
War II. The stay in Israel will begin with an Anzac Day Dawn Service at the Mt Scopus
Commonwealth War Cemetery in Jerusalem.
Prior to departure, the veterans will visit the Anzac Memorial in Hyde Park. The
veterans will be given a tour of the shrine, then be available for interview.
