Public inquiry into corrupt conduct allegations involving Michael McGurk and others

The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) will hold a public inquiry from 10:00 am on Monday 1 February 2010 as part of an investigation it has been conducting into corrupt conduct allegations involving Michael McGurk and others.

The public inquiry will make public the results of the Commission's investigations to date of the corrupt conduct allegations, and aims to obtain additional evidence to clarify some issues.

The ICAC Commissioner, the Hon David Ipp AO QC, will preside at the public inquiry which will be held in the ICAC Hearing Room on Level 21, 133 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.

At this stage, the Commission will be making no further statements in relation to the public inquiry.
