Staff Protest To Close Licensing & Vehicle Exam Centres Fri 28 Mar

Dept Planning & Infrastructure Staff will stop work on Friday 28 March '08 and protest in an
attempt to secure a better offer in their ongoing General Agreement negotiations with Government.
Most Licensing Centres, Motor Vehicle Examination Centres and the DPI Call Centre will close on
Friday 28 March '08. The public is advised not to attempt to access these services this Friday.
Staff across most areas of DPI including planning, policy, approval, accounts, land services,
transport and marine safety will also attend. They will meet outside of PICA in Northbridge at
10.30am.
