MEDIA REGISTRATION
The Australian Government is holding two events on the Western Front in France during
November 2008 to rededicate the Australian Corps Memorial at Le Hamel and to mark the 90th
anniversary of the Armistice. Media representatives wishing to cover either event should
register their interest by completing the attached form.

There will be no host broadcast of either services.
Site Restrictions
Media must seek approval from DVA to bring bulky equipment onsite. Please indicate your
request on the registration form. Please note, there will be no access to electricity at either site.
Transport
Management of traffic around both sites will be the responsibility of the French police. Once
finalised, details will be provided to registered media and posted on the DVA website.
Travel and Accommodation
Media representatives are responsible for organising their own travel and accommodation.
