The ACT Fire Brigade has extinguished a house fire in Corringle Close Amaroo this

The Brigade responded with three fire pumpers after receiving numerous emergency

triple zero (000) calls just after 5:00am.

The occupants, two adults and two children, safely evacuated themselves before fire

It took firefighters around 30 minutes to extinguish the fire.

The initial damage bill has been estimated at over $150,000. The cause of the fire will

be investigated.
