RAAF F/A-18 HORNET TO PARTICIPATE IN ANZAC DAY

FLYPAST OVER ANZ STADIUM



WHAT:

An F/A-18 Hornet aircraft from No 2 Operational

Conversion Unit (2OCU) will conduct a fly past of ANZ

Stadium to celebrate the commencement of the annual

ANZAC Day NRL match.


WHERE & WHEN:

ANZ Stadium, Homebush Bay, NSW,

Friday 25 April, 2008, at approximately 3.15pm.


The aircraft will undertake the fly past from north to

south across the centre of the stadium, before a vertical

departure. The aircraft will travel at approximately 450

knots and as low as 500 feet.
