More than 100 of the best Australian Army Cadets from around Australia will

The teenagers have been selected to undertake the 2010 National Adventure Training
Award (NATA) from 310 April, at the Buckland Military Training Area north of

The NATA is the highest individual accolade available to cadets.
Over the week the cadets will be assessed on navigation, first aid, communications,
fieldcraft, initiative, marksmanship, abseiling, physical fitness and endurance.
The NATA is particularly significant this year because a number of Australian Air
Force cadets are also taking part.
