Minister meets local apprentices working on AWD

project



What:      

Minister Combet will visit Forgacs Tomago Shipyard to meet

local young apprentices working on the Air Warfare Destroyer

project and inspect the new computerised steel plasma cutting

machine.


When:      

Tuesday 20 April 2010, 9:30am. 

  

Where:

Forgacs shipyard, Old Punt Road, Tomago, New South Wales.

Media wishing to attend should be at the entrance to the Forgacs Tomago

Shipyard, Old Punt Road no later than 930. As this is a working shipyard, to

comply with Safety, Health & Environment regulations, all attendees are

required to wear closed shoes, long sleeved shirts and long pants.
