IMAGERY OF EARTHQUAKE RECONSTRUCTION
TEAM BEACH LANDING
What:
A military camera team has captured still and video imagery of the beach
landing of the engineer equipment to be used in the reconstruction operation
in Padang.

Vision will be fed to the Parliament House Press Gallery on Saturday morning, 17
October 2009.
HMAS Kanimbla with Army engineers, specialist equipment and helicopters
embarked, arrived in Indonesia this afternoon. Landing craft will be ferrying this
equipment ashore in Pariaman, north of Padang tonight and tomorrow.
The package will include vision and stills of the beach landing and several interviews
with Defence officers on the ground.
Additional vision of ADF officers coordinating the planning of the reconstruction
projects with the Indonesian military was fed to the Press Gallery today.
