CDF returns to work following medical treatment


The Chief of the Defence Force, Air Chief Marshal Angus Houston, today returned to

work following a short period of leave to receive medical treatment.


“I am pleased to be back at work following successful prostate surgery,” Air Chief

Marshal Houston said.


“I would like to thank all those who expressed their best wishes to me and my family

during this time. I am very grateful for all the phone calls, cards, letters and emails I

have received wishing me a speedy recovery.


“The surgery went very well and I am pleased to be back in the office and resuming

my duties as the Chief of the Defence Force.”
