Australian Defence Force Academy Road Show
WHAT:
The Australian Defence Force Academy will hold its annual
information session for potential candidates, their parents and members
of the public.
WHERE:
Officers and Sergeants Mess – Leeuwin Barracks, Perth.
WHEN:
Thursday, 20 May 2010.
TIME:
6:00 – 8:00pm.
Background:
The Commandant of the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) will meet
potential candidates, their families and members of the local community to talk about
military training and undergraduate degrees offered at the Academy and careers in the
Australian Defence Force.
The Acting Rector of the University of New South Wales (UNSW) at the Australian
Defence Force Academy, and Defence Force Recruiting staff will also be available to
talk about the degrees available and the application process.
Media note:
The Commandant of the Australian Defence Force Academy will be available for
interviews. Media assistance is sought in notifying local residents of this community
event.
